Patrick McNeil is the grandson of Carmin DeVito, who was born in Rosa in 1926. Besides managing the bed and breakfast and founding the Writers Retreat in Tufo, Patrick is a writer of fiction. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in Philadelphia Stories, Eclectica Magazine, Apiary Magazine, The Head and The Hand Press, and more. In Philadelphia, Patrick organizes the Backyard Writers Workshop and works with the Homeless Advocacy Project, a legal team serving the city’s most vulnerable.
